• The symposium will take place August 21^th - August 24^st, 2023, in the SwissTech Convention Center, Lausanne, on EPFL campus.
• We are pleased to announce that the 2023 ISREC-SCCL Symposium will take place as a totally live, traditional scientific conference.
• In order to have such a gathering, with vibrant collegial interactions - coffee breaks, lunches, a networking dinner, and a closing banquet - it will be required at all participants, speakers and staff be vaccinated, and provision of an official vaccination certificate will be obligatory for access to the conference venue on a daily basis.
• Importantly, Switzerland is open to travelers from the USA, the UK, and Europe without requiring either quarantine or a negative PCR test, but obligatorily requiring an official certification of vaccination.
• The number of participants is limited to 450.
• Abstract submission is possible until June 10^th, 2023.
• Over 11 short talks will be selected from the abstracts. Selected participants will be informed by the beginnig of August 2023.
• It is possible to update your submitted abstract in order to reflect your continuous progress.
• Registration closes August 7^th, 2023.

Registration fee

• The registration fee is 500,- CHF for academic and 900,- CHF for industry participants.
• For the Symposium Banquet on Thursday, August 24^th, an additional participation fee of 130,- CHF will apply.

Registration fee includes: Admission to the lecture hall and poster displays, a pdf copy of the abstract book, participation in coffee breaks, lunches, dinners.

Registration fee does NOT include: transportation and hotel cost. You are responsible for taking out appropriate travel and medical insurance.

Substitution / Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel a registration, you may: Transfer your registration to a colleague within your organisation or request a refund minus a 100,- CHF processing fee.
